HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION IN SOUTH-WEST FRANCE

Holiday accommodation in Montcuq, south-west France.

THE APARTMENT

OUR HOLIDAY APARTMENT is situated in an historic 15th century building overhanging a quiet, narrow, cobbled street in the heart of Montcuq, south-west France.

The Apartment - Holiday accommodation in Montcuq, south-west France. It consists of two large rooms on the first and second floors above a tiny shop and arched doorway. A fully equipped galley kitchen will allow you to create a gastronomic treat from the wonderful produce available in the village’s market. Relax on the comfortable lounge, sip your local wine, watch TV or listen to music.

The main room contains a huge fireplace, exposed limestone walls and original beams - retained as part of our commitment to the heritage of this beautiful village. It will transport you back in time!

The building overlooks the centre of the village, with views across the rooftops to the hills beyond. Both floors have large, shuttered windows on two sides making them light and airy.

You will only be a few metres from the lively Café du Centre and the Café de France for a ‘no drive’ night out. Parking is freely available within metres.

Montcuq has something for everybody, all year around. Staying at Rue du Petit Rapporteur will allow you to experience life in a rural French village as it is today, not frozen in time like some sort of theme park that dies in Winter. That is not to say that the traditions have gone as, in typical French fashion, these are well and truly alive!

The apartment ideally suits a couple or two singles, with a child (on request). It includes a bathroom, separate toilet, washing machine and dryer.

Can you imagine yourself here in beautiful south-west France? Montcuq is the perfect holiday destination! Read more about this charming village here, or click here to learn about the surrounding Vallée du Lot region. One of the most unspoilt areas of France.
